Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective: August 25, 2026 · Applies to the MoonStar Social website (social.moonstarfood.us) and the MoonStar Social mobile app.

Welcome to MoonStar Social, operated by MoonStar Food LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account, logging in, or using the app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be 18 or older (or a parent/guardian acting for your family) to use MoonStar Social.

Zero-tolerance policy. MoonStar Social has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Content that is harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, illegal, or otherwise objectionable — and any abusive or threatening conduct toward other users — is strictly prohibited and will be removed. Accounts that violate this policy are banned.

User-generated content

MoonStar Social lets creators post photos, videos, and captions. You are responsible for the content you post. By posting, you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it, and that it does not violate these Terms or anyone's rights.

You agree not to post or send content that:

Is harassing, bullying, hateful, or discriminatory;
Is sexually explicit, violent, or graphic;
Is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes others' rights;
Is spam, a scam, or intentionally misleading;
Impersonates another person or brand; or
Contains anyone's private information without consent.

Reporting and blocking

Every post in the feed has a Report option so you can flag content you find objectionable, and a Block option so you can hide a creator and stop seeing their posts. We review reported content and act on it — including removing content and banning users — within 24 hours of a report.

Our moderation rights

We may review, hide, or remove any content, and suspend or permanently ban any account, at our discretion — with or without notice — to enforce these Terms and keep the community safe. Content that receives multiple reports may be hidden automatically pending review.

Rewards, kits & payouts

Approved creators may receive free product kits and earn bonuses and commissions as described in the app. Bonuses are paid for approved content that stays live for the stated period; deleting content early may forfeit the related bonus. We may change reward rates at any time, and we do not pay for fake, purchased, or fraudulent activity.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the MoonStar Social app and website for their intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote that content within MoonStar Social and MoonStar marketing.

Termination

You may stop using MoonStar Social at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms, effective immediately.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoonStar Food LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
