Child Safety Standards
CSAE / CSAM Policy · Effective August 9, 2026 · Applies to the MoonStar Social website (social.moonstarfood.us) and the MoonStar Social mobile app.
MoonStar Food LLC has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Protecting children is a top priority for MoonStar Social. This page is our published standard against the sexual abuse and exploitation of children, maintained in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards requirements and applicable law.
What is strictly prohibited
The following are banned on MoonStar Social and result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination:
- Any content, text, caption, or link that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or abuses a minor (anyone under 18), including CSAM in any form.
- Grooming, enticement, sextortion, or any attempt to contact or solicit a minor for sexual purposes.
- Trafficking of minors, or any sexualized depiction of minors.
- Any other content or behavior that exploits or endangers children.
How we prevent abuse
- Every creator application is reviewed by a human before it is approved.
- Every post is reviewed and approved by our team before it appears anywhere on the platform — nothing reaches the public feed unmoderated.
- Content that violates this standard is blocked at review and never published.
- Creator accounts require you to be old enough to enter a payment arrangement (18+, or acting with a parent/guardian). MoonStar Social is not directed to children under 13.
How to report a concern
If you see any content or behavior that may sexualize, exploit, or endanger a child:
- Email us at info@moonstarfood.us with the subject line "CHILD SAFETY".
- Message us on WhatsApp from any page of the site or app.
- In the mobile app, report the specific post or user, or contact us directly through the app.
Reports are treated as urgent and reviewed promptly.
Our action on violations
When we identify apparent CSAM or a credible child-safety threat, we will:
- Remove the content immediately;
- Terminate the responsible account;
- Preserve relevant information as required by law; and
- Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, and/or to appropriate law enforcement, as required under U.S. law.
We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations into child exploitation.
